load the game, it should not display a message about not being able to use the save if for some reason it does do that, you've done the procedure wrong somewhere, that's a you problem. scroll down to kof 13 -> press X -> scroll down to change account id -> remove account ID/ offline, this is so that the game will not block you out of using another user's saveĥ. then keep pressing circle until you get to the main menu of apollo, go to hddĤ. then go into apollo save tool -> usb -> scroll to KOF 13-> press X -> scroll down to copy save -> it will say usb000, usb001 or HDD. copy save to usb, PS3 -> SAVEDATA -> BLUS30845SAVEĢ.
